    I have tried this and call gets disconnected once message in response plays and this is my twiml response <Response> <Say voice="Polly.Amy">Thank you for calling!     Let's not delude ourselves into thinking we live in the future yet... IVR are universally hated by so many customers. As far as I like to believe I live in a world where robots are like the ones in the movies, the level of advancements in voice recognition is nowhere near the stage where it can even begin to think it can ask questions like "what do you want?" At least with being put on hold, one can do other things. IVR is an incredibly, incredibly horrible and time wasting experience for customers, I will do everything and anything I can to avoid a business that utilizes IVR
